The final week, everything turned out amazing. We made very chocolatey and thick brownies, but they turned out delicious. This project was super fun and we really enjoyed it. We'll bring some of these and week 11's production (but freshly made) in for our presentation!

For week 11, we tried making the sugar cookies again- but this time from scratch. They were really light and buttery in the end and were actually very good. About 2 cups butter went into it, and they took no time at all. They took about 15 minutes to bake, and 7 minutes to cool and set.
The same day we attempted the red velvet cupcakes, we figured it would be fun to try something new. So we decided that while the cupcakes were baking, we would make a fun little mocktail. It turned out terrible but we both had fun trying one for the first time. We added everything how they told us too, but it still was too minty with not nearly enough watermelon. We also had to make it out of lime juice, which made it tart. Peyton rated it a -10/10, and Annie said it was a 3/10. Either way it wasn't good. We are counting this as a week ten, but only because we're slightly short of time
On week 9, Peyton and I decided to do something that's claimed to be more of a challenge, red velvet cupcakes. They actually turned out really really good, and we decorated them per usual. Because of Mother's Day, Peyton spread the word Mom across her three cupcakes. I tried doing more classic designs, using the very easy dotting technique with blue, pink, and some green. I did that on two of them, then put a red smiley face on my third. We both rated them a 7.5/10, mostly because all you could easily taste was the icing. We really enjoyed making these even though they took awhile and we were super tired, but it was still fun doing it together.
This week we made what we had done in the beginning, our cookie dough cookies. We made it all from scratch. The cookies were Annies recipe, and the edible cookie dough was off of pinterest. They were both really good, together and seperate!
This week, we made yellow cake completely from scratch from a cookbook that we found in the pantry. No boxed items were used here, including the icing. we also got lazy and didn't have piping bags, so we used knifes and spoons. They turned out interesting, with an unreliable design on each. Annie's image is first and Peyton's is the bottom.
During week 6, we attempted making muffins. These were a bit difficult for us because we were not sure how much of the batter to put into the pan but we figured it out. We were not sure hoe to decorate them so we just tried our best to make them look decorative. Annie's is on top, and Peyton's is on the bottom.
During week 5, we mad sugar cookies. We made 12 sugar cookies total and each decorated 6 cookies. Annie's cookies were holiday/season inspired. She had a snowflake, hearts, pot of gold, birthday hat, etc. Peyton did nature inspired cookies. She did a different color flowers and leaves on her cookies.
On week 4, we made brownies and decorated them. We made one batch of brownies and when they were they were done baking we ended up splitting it in into 4 pieces and each decorated 2 of the 4 pieces of the brownies. We both did a white frosting for the base of the decoration. Annie did a smiley face on one brownie and a flower thing on the other. Her favorite is on the top. Peyton did a flower theme one one and hearts on the other. Her favorite is on the bottom.
On week 3, we attempted to make pink vanilla cake pops which didn't turn out completely well. All the icing on the inside to hold the cake together, plus the frosting on the outside, it was a lot of sugar at once and was just to much. Then there was the part where we flipped them upside down to freeze instead of upright, which caused all the extra frosting to freeze on the top. We just realized this currently while writing.
